Baltic Control® signed contract with COSQC, Iraq on the 24th of September 2012Baltic Control® , has been officially appointed by the Iraqi Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control ( COSQC) , to handle the implementation of a verification of conformity program for goods imported into Iraq. The contract was signed on 24th September 2012.Based on article 3 ( clause 8) of Iraqi law n° 54 of 1979, COSQC has been empowered by the Iraqi Ministry of Planning to launch this program.As part of the country’ s import verification program, Baltic Control® will carry out verifications and issuance of Certificate of Conformity ( CoC) or Non Conformity Report ( NCR) in countries of origin, as well as checks at specified border points in Iraq. | ||
